By joining an ATC Retreat, you agree to the following:

1. Personal Responsibility
You are responsible for your own health, decisions, and actions during and after the retreat.

2. No Medical or Clinical Services
ATC Retreats is not a medical or clinical provider. Our programs are for personal growth, education, and enrichment only. We do not offer medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified professional before beginning any new physical, emotional, or mental practices.

3. Consents & Releases
Upon confirming your participation in a retreat, you will be presented with consents and releases, which may include:

• Medical releases for activities that could involve physical exertion
• Liability waivers covering travel, accommodations, and event participation

These documents must be reviewed, signed, and returned prior to attending.

4. Retreat Payment & Refund Policy
All retreat registrations are non-refundable due to the highly curated nature of our programs, which require advance planning, vendor commitments, and limited spaces.

Depending on the circumstances, and solely at the discretion of ATC Retreats administration, we may allow you to reschedule for another retreat date under certain conditions. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

5. Limitations of Liability
We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items, travel issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
We cannot guarantee the policies or quality of third-party services.
