Upon payment, you will receive a confirmation email with next steps. The steps will include a phone interview, personal history, and medical screening. We want to ensure your loved one is appropriate for this level of engagement. If we find that this level is not appropriate, we will assist you in locating one that is.

Refunds/Cancellations:
If for any reason your loved one does not meet our criteria for this level of engagement any deposits or fees paid, will be refunded to you (if paid by credit card there will be nominal credit card refund fee). 

Due to the limited number of attendees in each session there will be a 20% cancellation fee within 15-30 days of your booking. There is no refund within 14 days of your arrival.  You may be offered another session if there is one available. No refunds or credits are given for failure to attend, arriving late, leaving early or being asked to leave due to safety or a violation of retreat rules/guidelines.
